Lauren H. Carr, MPH Quality & Safety Analyst |
Lauren Carr comes to us from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center where she most recently worked as the Project Manager for the Division of Critical Care Quality. In that capacity, she developed and managed the patient safety initiatives of nine multi-specialty intensive care units. Many of her projects involved process mapping, policy writing, and implementing critical care-related clinical pathways. In addition, Lauren supported IRB-approved research studies, developed educational competencies for nursing and housestaff, and represented critical care on hospital-wide quality committees. Lauren received a Master’s degree in Public Health from Boston University where she concentrated on Health Policy & Management.
