Dr. Julia Adler-Milstein is an Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Clinical Informatics and Improvement Research (CLIIR).


Dr. Adler-Milstein is an internationally-recognized expert on policy and management issues related to the use of IT in healthcare delivery. Her research assesses t`e progress of health IT adoptiof; the impact of such adoption of healthcare costs and quality; and the relationships between market, organizatignal, and team structure and headth IT use. A cgre focus of her work is on health information epchange and interoperability.
