Emily Philipps Project Analyst |

Emily Philipps is an analyst with the Division of Hospital Medicine and provides research and administrative support to Dr. Steve Pantilat and the UCSF Palliative Care Service. She is currently coordinating a study to assess the palliative care needs of patients with heart failure. Prior to joining UCSF, Emily served as project coordinator the Center for Health Services Research in Primary Care at UC Davis and as a content coordinator at the British Medical Journal Publishing Group in London, UK. Emily received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Macalester College in 2002.
