Caroline Hartridge Beam is the project manager for Andrew Auerbach’s Beta-blocker Surgical Risk Elimination (B-SuRE) Project at UCSF. She recently completed her premedical classes at San Francisco State University, after earning a degree in Environmental Education from Davidson College. Caroline is interested in the intersection of environmental concerns and community health. She hopes her experiences at UCSF will aid her pursuit of an MD/MPH.
